1General Terms

2Eligibility & Registration

5Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from 66bajee, your account must be fully verified and all specified conditions must be met.

• Minimum withdrawal ৳500
• Withdrawals from verified accounts are typically processed within 3–5 minutes
• Withdrawals from unverified accounts may take up to 24 hours to process
• Withdrawals will only be processed to your registered mobile banking number
• Winnings derived from bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspected irregularities
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000

6Bonuses & Promotions

• Welcome bonus applies to first deposits only
• Once a bonus is claimed, withdrawals are generally not allowed until the wagering requirement is met

• Maximum winnings from free spins may be capped
• Cashback bonuses are generally withdrawable directly

A bonus wagering requirement means you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount before making a withdrawal. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳100 bonus means you must place a total of ৳1,000 in bets.

7Gaming Rules

All games on 66bajee operate in accordance with international standards. Game outcomes are governed by a certified Random Number Generator.

• No guarantees are made regarding game outcomes
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the bet will be refunded

Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be reported to the support team within 72 hours. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Filing false claims or chargebacks

9Account Closure & Suspension

66bajee reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances.

• Account suspension without notice in the event of a terms violation
• Suspended pending investigation for suspected fraudulent activity
• Withdrawal suspended pending KYC verification
• You may close your account at any time upon request
• Submitting a self-exclusion request will lock your account for the specified duration

To close your account, please contact the support team. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn through the standard process before closure.

10Responsible Gaming
